Spring is here, the Casa gardens are in full bloom, we are celebrating our 100th year, and we couldn’t be more excited to share our new and ongoing programs with you!
Timeless Moments – Photoshoot Sessions at Casa del Herrero – Saturday May 10th 4:00pm – 7:00pm
We have a special treat coming up on May 10th – the amazing lifestyle photography Tristin Tracy will be hosting discounted half-sessions at Casa del Herrero from 4:00pm-7:00pm after our Saturday tours. Catch the golden hour with your loved ones (furry friends are welcome too), and capture those precious moments in the serene gardens of 100-year old Casa del Herrero. Centennial Community Day – An all-ages event, Sunday June 29th from 10am – 5pm
This year, Casa del Herrero celebrates its 100th anniversary, having withstood the test of time and natural disasters—from earthquakes to floods, debris flows, and unprecedented storms. A testament to architectural and engineering feats of significant local architects including Lutah Maria Riggs, George Washington Smith, the landscape architect Raph T. New Open Hours: Creative Tuesdays in the Gardens!
Every Tuesday, we invite artists, creatives, and Casa members to experience the vibrant beauty of Casa del Herrero’s gardens in a uniquely inspiring way. Whether you’re a painter, sketch artist, or simply someone who finds peace in nature, this is an opportunity to connect with the landscape, soak in the surroundings, and let your creativity blossom.
